Project Scotland (Cue fanfare -- Ed.)
Are you wondering whether or not to have a gap year and what to do with it if you do? Or fancy doing something fun full-time in your spare time? Project Scotland could be the kind of thing you're looking for.
Project Scotland have, in their hot little hands, a number of voluntary placements. These placements are full-time. Each placement lasts three months, or thereabouts, and you have to be willing to commit to this placement for the duration.
As always, you don't have to sign your life away -- commit to one placement and then go on to do something completely different, if you like. You can stay a part of Project Scotland for up to a year, and complete up to three placements (depending on how long each lasts).
Don't go all Lost on us -- Project Scotland will pay for your living expenses. After all, you're giving your time for free. And there are of course all of the other benefits...
Yeah, like meeting new and probably quite interesting people, having fun, changing your life and possibly someone else's at the same time -- and that's just for starters.
Sounds fun? Knew you'd like it. Check this out.
